Why are so many of your cards photographs, rather than illustration? We have nothing against good illustration. In fact, many other greeting card companies use it almost exclusively. We just prefer to go in another direction. Great photography, combined with imaginative graphic design, is one of the things that makes our line different and, we believe, better. A beautiful photograph can make a strong impression that is both real and positive. This is exactly how most businesses want to be represented.
I haven't seen your cards before. How's the quality? We feel that the quality of our cards is as good as any in the industry. Each design is printed in four-color process on a carefully selected gloss cover stock. The inside verses and any logos or signatures are crisp and finely detailed, just as you would expect. Frankly, the end result is far superior to what we can show you online.
How about your prices?
All CEO Cards are the same size and quality and are priced the same. Seasonal cards (Thanksgiving, Holiday and New Year cards) come in quantities of 25 per box. All other cards are available in multiples of 12. We also offer assortments with a variety of different designs, 7 cards per design. The actual cost of your online order will automatically appear when you enter a quantity and click on the 'Update' button. To clarify and to illustrate the various price breaks, here are summaries of the cost per card.

I'd really like to see one of your cards for myself. Can I get samples? Absolutely. We have a complimentary sample packet which shows the high quality of the cards, as well as how well they print your personal message on the inside. To request one, just email us at support@ceocards.com (please include your return address) or call us at 1-800-948-3902. It will be sent out the next business day by regular mail.
How long does it take to get my cards? Most orders ship within two days. Upon receipt of your order, we will print the verse you requested, any personal imprinted copy and the return address on the envelope (if ordered) and ship by the third business day. If a custom verse, logo or signatures are requested, add two days. Shipping time is additional, and you have the option of regular UPS ground or by an expedited shipping method. Any of these shipping options may be selected at checkout, along with the price.
How much are shipping charges? The cost of shipping is dependent upon the number of cards, the distance from our Dallas headquarters and the type of shipping you select. The exact costs and options will automatically be calculated at checkout and you can select the one that works best for you. There is no charge for shipments within the state of Texas (to compensate for state sales tax) and we do not charge for handling.
How will I know when my order is shipped? You will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped, along with a tracking number.
What if I need to change something after I have placed my order? Please call us at once. It the job hasn't been printed we will be glad to change the order to your new specifications, at no additional cost. If the order has already been run, you have the choice of accepting it as originally ordered or rerunning the job at 40% off the original price.
Will I see a proof before printing? Only if you have selected the logo or signature options, if you have ordered a Custom Card or if we feel that something needs clarification (such as a perceived typo). Your proof is the preview you see online when you order the verse, personalized copy, return envelopes, etc. Please be sure to check it carefully before placing the order. All copy is set exactly as you have entered it.
What kind of guarantee do you offer? We are extremely confident in the quality of our product line and the service we offer. We want you to be a happy, long-term customer and will do everything in our power to earn your trust. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason with cards that have not been personalized, just return them for a full credit or refund. For cards that have been personalized and we have made a mistake of any kind, you will be given full credit or a refund. For personalized cards that somehow slipped through incorrectly due to an oversight on your part, such as a name or address typo, we are unable to offer a full refund. However, we understand mistakes can happen and to partner with you on this we will make the correction at no charge and reprint the affected part of the order at 40% off our normal pricing. We value your business, both now and in the future.
Can I get extra envelopes? Yes. Just indicate the number of extra envelopes you want in the comments section at checkout. We already provide one extra envelope per 25 cards at no charge as our standard practice. If you need more, the cost is 10 cents per envelope and we will debit your credit card for the additional amount requested.
You say your products use earth friendly paper. What does that mean? Beginning in 2007 we made a decision to use up to 40% partially recycled paper for our envelopes and our greeting cards. We routinely evaluate new papers in order to increase the overall recycled content of our line. We strongly believe in the benefits of recycling, and its role in both saving the environment as well as providing high quality products at competitive prices. Our customers are encouraged to join us in this effort.
What about privacy and security? In these days of personal identity theft and credit card fraud, nothing is more important. That's why we want to assure you that your name and information will never, ever be sent to anyone else for any reason. Further, your personal ordering information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as it passes through the internet. Our site is both authentic and secure, as indicated by the COMODO logo on all ordering pages.
What are my payment options? We offer a variety of payment options, all of which use the safe and secure PayPal processing system. You do not have to be a PayPal member, however. At checkout you will find two primary means of payment: PayPal Express and PayPal Direct Payments. If you have a PayPal account, you may select PayPal Express and have the choice of four major credit cards, your PayPal account, echeck or bank transfer. If you do not have a PayPal account or do not wish to use it, select PayPal Direct Payments and you have the option of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If for some reason your business accounting practice requires another method of payment, please contact us at support@ceocards.com or call us at 1-800-948-3902.
What about sales tax? This will apply only if delivery is made within the state of Texas. To compensate, we offer free UPS ground shipping to our Texas customers.
