I'd really like to see what the cards feel like. Can I get samples?
Absolutely. You can request up to five samples of your choice at no charge by simply clicking on the Request Samples link on the home page. Just fill in the requested information and we will send out your request the next business day by regular mail. You may also get them expedited using your shipper number.

I haven't seen your cards before. How's the quality?
We make sure that the quality of our cards is as good or better than any in the industry. Each design is printed in four-color process on a heavy (12pt.) partially recycled gloss cover stock and then aqueous coated to minimize finger prints and give a more brilliant appearance.. The inside verses and any logos or signatures are crisp and finely detailed, just as you would expect. The end result is superior to what we can show you online.

How about your prices?
All CEO Cards are the same size and quality and are priced the same (exception: cards with cover personalization are slightly higher). Seasonal cards (Thanksgiving, Holiday and New Year cards) come in quantities of 25 per box. All other cards are available in multiples of 12. The actual cost of your online order will automatically appear when you enter a quantity and click on the "Update" button. To clarify and to illustrate the various price breaks, here is a summary of the costs per card.

How long does it take to get my cards?
Most orders ship within two days. Upon receipt of your order, we will print the verse you requested, any personal imprinted copy and the return address on the envelope (if ordered) and ship by the third business day. If you order a custom verse, logo or signatures are requested, we will show you an email proof and this could add a day or so. Shipping time is additional, and you have the option of regular UPS ground or by an expedited shipping method. Any of these shipping options may be selected at checkout, along with the price. Also, if you need your order by a certain date, simply let us know and we will expedite the process, if necessary, at no additional charge.

How much are shipping charges?
There is NO CHARGE for UPS shipments within the Continental United States. For other options, the cost of shipping is dependent upon the number of cards, the distance from our Dallas headquarters and the type of shipping you select. The exact costs and options will automatically be calculated at checkout and you can select the one that works best for you.

What if I need to change something after I have placed my order?
Please call us at once. It the job hasn't been printed we will be glad to change the order to your new specifications, at no additional cost. If the order has already been run, you have the choice of accepting it as originally ordered or rerunning the job at 40% off the original price.

Will I see a proof before printing?
Normally, only if you have written a custom verse or selected the logo or signature options, or if we feel that something needs clarification (such as a perceived typo). However, you may ask for a email proof in the comments section and we are happy to email one at no charge. When you are placing your order an online proof is shown during the personalization process and before you purchase the cards. Please be sure to check it carefully before placing the order. All copy is set exactly as you have entered it.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We are extremely confident in the quality of our product line and the service we offer. We want you to be a happy, long-term customer and will do everything in our power to earn your trust. If we have made a mistake of any kind we will be happy to rerun the job or give you a full refund. For cards that are incorrect due to an oversight on your part, such as a name or address typo, we are unable to offer a full refund. However, we understand mistakes can happen and to partner with you on this we will make the correction at no charge and reprint the affected part of the order at 40% off our normal pricing. We value your business, both now and in the future.

Can I get extra envelopes?
Yes. Just indicate the number of extra envelopes you want in the comments section at checkout. We already provide one extra envelope per 25 cards at no charge as our standard practice. If you need more, the cost is 10 cents per envelope and we will debit your credit card for the additional amount requested.

I see that you have the recycle logo on the home page. Why?
We strongly support the environment and all efforts to recycle. We are constantly looking for earth-friendly papers to use in our line and we encourage our customers to recycle our cards. At present, over 90% of our line features cards with partially recycled content and that percentage is growing.

What about privacy and security?
In these days of personal identity theft and credit card fraud, nothing is more important. That's why we want to assure you that your name and information will never, ever be sent to anyone else for any reason. Further, your personal ordering information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as it passes through the internet. Our site is both authentic and secure, as indicated by the GODADDY SSL EV certificate and the McAfee logo, which tests the site daily.

What are my payment options?
We offer three payment options: (1) any of four credit cards, (2) PayPal Express and (3) company check. Both the credit cards and the PayPal Express are handled by the PayPal processing system, although it does not require you to have a PayPal account. When paying by credit card or with a PayPal account, your order will be processed through production as soon as we receive it. If you elect to use a company check, your order will be processed and any proofing necessary will be done, but it will not be printed until we receive your check. What about sales tax?
This will apply only if delivery is made within the state of Texas.
