| Personalization Options and How To Use Them |
This page contains information which will help you understand the various options you have to create your card message just the way you want it. We offer a wide variety of ways for you to customize the inside of your cards. The information below will help you understand each option, as well as how to use it.

| Ink Colors (no charge) |
| The seasonal cards (Thanksgiving, Holiday and New Year) have a choice of seven ink colors: black, blue, burgundy, green, red silver and gold. It should be noted that gold and silver are non-metallic inks, not foil. All other cards have three ink color choices: black, blue and burgundy. Just use the Select Color drop down menu to select the color you want, then click on the Preview button to change the verse color. Black is the default color in all cases. |

| Font styles and size (no charge) |
| A total of fourteen different fonts are available for the custom and personalized copy, in sizes from 12 pt to 24pt. Just use the drop down menu and select a font, which will then display at the top for style reference. Do the same for size. After making your selections, type in your copy, click on the Preview button and the copy will show up on the card in the font and size selected. If you want to change the font or the size, select from the menus, click on Preview and the copy will change to the new font and size. The font and sizes choices are available only for the copy you set; they will not change the pre-designed Standard or Alternate verses. |

| Alternative verses (no charge) |
| Each card design has a Standard verse written specifically for that card. If it's not what you want to say, select 'Alternate' from the drop-down menu. A pop-up window will then show a list of alternative verses for you to select from. Click on one you like and it will replace the previous verse. Also, a 'View Alternate Verses' button will appear which will enable to you to make additional selections. You may do this as many times as you like. Or, you may go back to the Standard verse or write a Custom verse. |

| Custom verse ($30) |
| For an additional charge of only $30, we make it easy for you to write your own custom verse, up to ten lines deep. To start, select 'Custom' from the drop-down menu. Select from a variety of font styles and sizes. Simply type in what you want to say, one line at a time. When one line is complete, move the cursor to the next line to continue. Each line will automatically center. Click on Preview to see the results on the card. Note that smaller type will fit more words per line. Too many words and too large a type may result in copy extending beyond the card boundary. Play with it and start over or make copy changes as many times as needed. If you wish to leave a blank line between copy lines, simply press the spacebar on the line you wish to skip and move to the next line. When you're done, be sure to check grammar and spelling. The card will be printed exactly as you have set it. |

| Blank (no charge) |
| You may wish to order cards with no copy on the inside, so you can personalize each one later. Just select 'blank' from the Select Verse drop-down menu and your cards will be shipped scored and folded, but blank inside. |

| Personalized Copy (no charge) |
| This option allows you to add your own copy below the verse at no charge to you. The default is 'No thanks' and you can bypass this option. However, if you want to take advantage of it, click on 'Yes, show me how' and the appropriate copy will appear. Just type in anything you wish to say, up to three lines. This might include your name, company name or some closing copy. Select your font and size, which may be different from the verse, and type in your information, line for line. If you wish to skip a line between the first and third lines, place the cursor on the second line, hit the spacebar, and move to the third line. Double check your grammar and spelling. Note that if you are adding a logo or signatures, you may decide not to add personalized copy as things tend to look crowded. |

| Add a one-color or full-color logo ($60) |
Whether your logo is one color,
two color, three color or even full-color (four color
process), we can add it to the inside of your cards for
the same price: $60. Simply upload your logo with our
browse and upload feature, click on Upload Logo when it
arrives and the logo will appear on the inside of the
card. Use the size and movement menus and buttons to position
it just the way you want it.
If you are not satisifed with the results and want us to do it for you, we will use your uploaded logo or one sent to us at support@ceocards.com as an email attachment. If neither is convenient, just mail it to us at the address shown on the Contact Us page and we will scan it at no additional charge. In any case, we suggest you inform us of your intent along with any instructions in the Comments area when you are checking out. Whether you place the logo or have us do it, you will be shown an email proof for your approval before we go to press.
A note regarding match colors. Your logo will be reproduced on a four-color process printer. Match colors can only be approximated, but should appear very close to your selected color. Finally, be sure the logo you provide is of a high quality. |

| Add up to ten signatures ($30 to $60) |
| Having your signatures printed now will save a lot of time later. Add one or two signatures for $30, three to five for $45 and up to ten for $60. More than ten is not recommended. This option cannot be manipulated successfully online so we will take your supplied signatures and lay them out for you. We suggest you start by having everyone involved sign in black ink on white paper. For one or two signatures, we suggest you send them to us separately. If you have several up to eight signatures and you know exactly how you want them to look on the card, you may send them to us in one file. However, you may also send them individually. There are three options on getting the signatures to us: (1) upload from your computer using our browse and upload buttons, (2) send them to us as an email attachment (.jpg, Illustrator file or TIFF preferred), or (3) mail or overnight them to us in hard copy form. Feel free to add any comments you may have regarding layout, etc. along with your signatures or in the comments section at checkout. You can expect an email proof of our recommended layout on your selected card within two business days. We will then make any changes required, show a final email proof as needed and go to press. |

| Envelope Return Address |
| The time-saving benefit of having the return address pre-printed is very popular and cost-efficient. Up to four lines of copy may be placed on the back flap of the envelope. The default font is Arial but you have the option of changing it to any of fourteen different font options. The color will be the same as you selected for your greeting card verse. Just enter the copy you want and click on the Preview button. |
